Entry-Level Civil / Structural Engineer (Overhead Transmission Lines)
WSP is initiating a search for a Full-Time Early Career Civil Engineer for our Minneapolis, MN office. Be involved in projects with our Power Delivery Minneapolis Line Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact
You will take part in providing technical assistance for the design, development, and construction of transmission line projects for utilities throughout the Midwest. Tasks may include CAD Modeling using an industry specific PLS-CADD Software, Foundation Design, construction package creation, and steel pole design. Generate accurate and concise documentation regarding assigned aspects of the project. Ensure that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, safety, and functionality.

Benefits
Base Salary Range : $78,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
