Director, Global Market Insights

As the Director, Global Market Insights, you will lead the development and execution of Bio-Rad's global market research and customer insights strategy. On a typical day, you will collaborate with global and regional partners to identify market opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and translate data into actionable business insights. You will also oversee qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, manages relationships with research vendors to deliver high-quality insights that support business growth. This role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on analysis, ensuring that insights inform decisions across product strategy, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Shape and execute the global insights strategy to support data-driven decision-making across the Clinical Diagnostics Division.
• Deliver actionable insights that guide product strategy, portfolio prioritization, and competitive positioning.
• Integrate findings from primary research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data to deliver a comprehensive market view.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and regional leaders to ensure global and local needs are aligned.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budgets to ensure efficient, high-quality research outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction through insight-based recommendations.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $199,400 to $274,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
