As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a vital role in driving Aprio PH hiring success. You will own end-to-end recruitment for high-priority and technical positions across the firm. This role directly supports the PH hiring team, requiring close collaboration with Co-Talent Acquisition Advisors, Stakeholders and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment with business needs and hiring timelines.

Position Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Philippines-based roles, including intake meetings, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels relevant to the Philippines market.

Collaborate with PH leadership, HR, and global TA colleagues to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning.

Deliver timely, professional, and positive communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate records in Lever (ATS).
