Position Summary :
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative and clerical support to executive management. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting day-to-day executive activities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to executive and management staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organize and file documents, maintain accurate databases, and assist with document retrieval.
- Support customer service activities by assisting internal staff, clients, and the public.
- Coordinate internal communications and assist in organizing departmental functions or meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Uphold department policies and ensure adherence to administrative procedures.
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a professional office environment.Minimum 1 year of experience supporting executive or management-level staff.Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
