We're looking for a Benefits Specialist to support our HR team, responsible for supporting the areas of all Global Benefits Programs partnering with payroll, compensation, HRIS and compliance.

Your role here

From Day 1, you'll monitor the processes and procedures necessary to manage benefit plans in an efficient and cost-effective manner based on established plan guidelines. As the Benefits Specialist, you'll play an integral part in leading various HR projects to continually develop great HR processes and create a supportive environment for our Global team. Your experience in handling sensitive, confidential information is critical. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet important deadlines.

Essential functions

• Manage the daily activity of Global Benefit Plans for all team members, including our international teams. This includes Retirement, Medical, Dental, Vision Disability, Life Insurance plans, Health Savings Accounts, Employee Assistance Programs.
• Effectively manage and interpret LOA, Workers' compensation processes including claims monitoring and ADA implications as they related to leaves of absences / disabilities.
• Conduct New Hire Benefit Orientation and participate in annual Open Enrollment.
• Troubleshoot and assist Team Members in HRIS system (WorkDay).
