A Craft Recruiter position in Englewood, CO , is available at Garney Construction. We're hiring a Construction Trade Recruiter to build reliable pipelines of field talent-craft professionals such as Laborers, Pipefitters, Equipment Operators, Carpenters, Electricians, and Foremen-for active and upcoming projects. You'll partner with Operations to forecast manpower, execute high-velocity sourcing, and deliver quality hires on deadline without compromising safety or culture.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Own full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades across multiple projects / regions (requisitions, intake, sourcing, screening)
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive outreach : job boards, social media, referral programs, community partners, trade schools, veterans' networks, and hiring events
• Run weekly manpower syncs with Superintendents / PMs; translate schedules into recruiting plans and SLAs
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in days; manage onsite interviews and skills assessments as needed
• Drive candidate experience end-to-end : clear expectations, pre-hire paperwork, start-date readiness
• Maintain compliant, accurate records (I-9 / E-Verify coordination with HR, background / drug screens per policy)
• Track and report recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, source quality, show-up rate, 90-day retention, cost-per-hire); adjust tactics based on data
• Partner with Marketing to keep trade ads, flyers, and social campaigns fresh and targeted
• Support onboarding logistics with site leadership (PPE, badging, orientations, start-day rosters)
