The Office and Customer Support Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations and delivering excellent customer support. This role manages administrative procedures, billing, A / R and A / P functions and serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Job Specifications / qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate knowledge of Quick Books required
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Faire) a plus
Ability to solve problems, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
