Developing G-Code programs using MasterCam

Working with CNC machines with the assistance of a machinist to produce and receive acceptance of first articles

Assist machinists in preparing CNC machines for production runs

3+ yrs programming mills (horizontal and vertical) and lathes (multi axis) with Mastercam

Proficient with measuring tools, Calipers, Mics, Bore Gages, Etc.

Knowledge of CNC controllers and various CNC machines

Strong understanding of CNC G-Code program structure

Experience with mult-axis lathes a plus (live tooling)

Experience working with blueprints and strong understanding of GD&T

Strong communication skills

Preferred experience in job shop environment

First shift hours : 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm

Compensation is based on experience
