A company is looking for a Support Engineer to bridge customer-facing teams and the engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own technical triage by investigating, reproducing, and diagnosing issues escalated from customer support
Act as the first line of technical defense by separating product questions from genuine bugs and documenting tickets for engineering follow-up
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity and high-quality resolutions while continuously improving monitoring and tooling
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with familiarity in Ruby on Rails, SQL, and AWS
A genuine curiosity about how systems work and a proactive mindset for ownership
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
A passion for continuous learning and expanding technical skills
