Sr. Social Media Strategist Job at Curious Plot in Minneapolis

OVERVIEW

Develop, optimize and ensure adherence to comprehensive social media strategies supporting client goals working closely with agency and client stakeholders. Responsible for client social media programs spanning Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit. Define KPIs and gauge success.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Be a strategic leader of social media client work and within the agency. Serve as social media expert for all social media channels and actively collaborate with team to identify and share ideas and insights.
• Collaborate across functions and teams to develop integrated social media strategies and campaigns involving influencers, PR / events, content, creative and digital marketing best practices.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day social media strategy activities for multiple businesses.

Attend meetings with the client and account teams to understand each client, the message they are trying to send and the target market used to portray that message with a data-driven and growth mindset.

The pay range is $75,000 - $100,000

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
