Role Overview

Lead the vision and execution of AI-driven decision support and workflow automation across our global manufacturing network. This leader will build copilot-style solutions, agentic AI frameworks, and a robust data foundation that enables adaptive decision-making, knowledge capture, and workflow automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive data engineering and data modeling efforts to unify manufacturing data domains (MES, AMHS, SPC / APC, FDC, scheduling) into a consistent knowledge base.
• Define and deliver a decision support & workflow automation framework that blends AI / ML, analytics, and human expertise.
• Build agentic AI systems to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve decision quality.
• Establish standardized decision models and knowledge graphs for cross-factory use, ensuring scalability and reusability.
• Deliver early wins with rule-based workflows and dashboards, progressing toward adaptive AI / LLM-driven automation.
• Deliver measurable improvements in decision cycle time, labor efficiency, knowledge retention, and operational predictability.
