The Village of Glenwood is seeking an experienced and energetic Banquet Events Manager to lead operations at our Glenwoodie Golf Course restaurant, clubhouse bar, and banquet facility. Reporting directly to the Village Administrator, this individual will oversee all aspects of event management—from marketing and customer engagement to staff supervision and on-site execution.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities include promoting and booking events, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.
Candidates should have at least four (4) years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including two (2) years in a supervisory or event management role. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The salary is $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
