PC Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment work with a team of Desktop Support technicians - System administration of Windows 10 Windows 11 and Mac OS X desktops and laptops. - Provide hands on installation troubleshooting and technology support for desktops laptops monitors and personal printers. - Also required to provide phone support and remote assistance as needed. - Deploy and reclaim computer equipment which includes maintaining asset management database with current status. - Remedy Clarity Provide excellent customer support

This is a entry-level position with the Desktop Support group of Charles Schwab & Co., and will focus on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services (move, add, or change requests) for our Schwab internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
