Customer Service Manager

In this role, you'll : Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our passengers; Lead, coach, and develop customer service agents to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction; Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions; Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any service disruptions or challenges; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements; Continuously assess and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
