The Program Manager of Community Engagement is responsible for the design, management, implementation, and reporting of projects within the Stoops CFC Center, with a focus on behavioral health workforce development, substance use disorder prevention, child and youth well-being, and mental health. This position plays a lead role in the HRSA-funded Panhandle Pathways to Para-Professions initiative, ensuring that high school seniors, GED completers, and recent graduates from rural counties are recruited and supported in pursuing behavioral health career pathways. The Program Manager develops and monitors research protocols, ensures grant compliance, and conducts outreach and engagement across the Panhandle to strengthen the behavioral health workforce pipeline. The role also evaluates program and process effectiveness to recommend improvements, serves as a primary liaison between the Center and its community partners, prepares reports, presents findings at meetings and conferences, assists with strategic planning, and represents the Center locally, regionally, and nationally.
