Project Executive – Business Development (Healthcare)

Location : West Palm Beach, FL (Orlando or Melbourne base also considered)

A well-established and respected construction firm is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare-focused business development and project oversight. This senior-level position is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in healthcare construction and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive new business development efforts within the healthcare sector

Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital administrators and key decision-makers

Lead project teams to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects

Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry events

Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to pursue and secure work

Provide strategic input and leadership across business development and project execution

Qualifications :

Senior-level operations experience with a general contractor (must have)

Extensive background in healthcare facility construction

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Proven ability to engage healthcare clients and secure repeat business

Strong leadership and communication skills

Established connections within the healthcare industry
