Paralegal

An established law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Coral Springs, 33067. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Starting pay is up to $70,000.00 + benefits. Pay is based on experience.

About the law firm : 5+ attorneys and a small support staff focused on a variety of commercial business and real estate matters. This is a professional office with a laid back and friendly group. Benefits are offered after a short probationary period.

About the position : Paralegal will support a managing partner. Duties will include preparing legal documents as it relates to corporate legal work or commercial business and real estate; contracts, etc. Additionally you will assist with some real estate matters; review escrow accounts, order title, HUD compliance, etc. Administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years corporate or commercial business legal experience

Strong organizational skills
