Summary :
This management position will be responsible for working with staff to develop and deliver toll and intelligent transportation systems programs. Additionally, this position will manage the Information Technology toll and intelligent transportation systems project managers and technical advisors, consultants, and vendors including the lane level toll, customer service and back-office, and national interoperability business processes and systems.
- Pay Range : $146,182 - $192,345 - $250,049
- Retention Bonus : $1500
Responsibilities :
Directs and oversees all aspects of tolling and intelligent transportation systems planning, project delivery, and operations . Works with project managers, information technology staff, other NTTA department staff, consultants, and vendors.Develop and update program and project management plans, resource loaded schedules, and the Information Technology Program Management Office.Develop and mentor a team o f project managers, technical advisors, consultants, and vendors .Responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing approved process improvements.Prepares budget projections as apart of annual budget planning and manages the implementation of approved budgets. Monitors ongoing expenditures and recommends budget adjustments.Identifies and implements a culture that is conducive to employee growth, performance, loyalty, and development. Implements career training programs, offering staff development opportunities at every levelDevelops, implements, and oversees communications for relevant information under toll systems and intelligent transportation systems such as alerts, disaster recovery, business continuity, escalations, and service recovery processes, and change management.Develops and maintains reports and presentations to effectively monitor, manage and communicate productivity, effectiveness, quality, progress against goals, and adherence to policies and procedures.Develops career path areas for employees.Develops career path areas for employeesQualifications : M inimum :
Bachelor's degreeAt least 7 years hands-on toll roadside and back-office systems with greater than 1M daily transactions, and intelligent transportation systems.At least 7 years of experience in a process management / process improvement role.Valid driver's license.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with high sense of ownership while ensuring flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong working knowledge of cost modeling, database, and presentation software, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced reporting systems.Preferred :
