INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) COORDINATOR

We have an immediate need for an exempt, full-time IT Coordinator to work at our San Francisco headquarters or other location within the state of California. The IT Coordinator will assist with various IT duties under the direction of the Director of Technology and must be able to support all staff, regional offices, subtenants, studios, and subsidiaries.

Essential Functions :

• Prepare new equipment for all staff and locations
• Install and update company software and operating systems
• Assist in diagnosing and solving technical issues
• IT Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
• Assist staff with use of printers, plotters and scanners, conferencing solutions
• Responsible for in-person organization and storage of IT equipment and supplies
• Assist in moving and setting up IT equipment during desk and office relocations
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to : skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Sherwood Design Engineers, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,000 to $127,000 The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
