Accounts Payable Representative - AS Transaction Processing - Concord - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description :

Under -general supervision responsible for invoice processing of a designated portion of assigned vendors. Interaction with all levels of management, vendors and agencies. Performs manual accruals of invoices required for month-end closing. Data entry and filing. Sales and Use tax computations. W-9 vendor classifications. Complies with all company policies, practices and procedures.

Experience :

Accounting - Accounts Payable Required

Processing Invoices and Working with Vendors and Purchasing Required

Medium size Medical Center experience Preferred.

Skills :

Maintains professional and personal integrity.

Possess excellent oral and written skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of management.

Ability to learn new software applications and maintain computer skills.

Work Shift :

08.0 - 08 : 00 - 16 : 30 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range : $30.07 - $40.60

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated / relevant experience and / or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .

Note : Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
