Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
Oversee content strategy and creation across multiple channels, partnering with product and sales teams
Establish KPIs for marketing programs, track ROI, and manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing with proven success in demand generation
Expertise in HubSpot for marketing automation and analytics
Strong grasp of digital marketing tactics including email, paid media, and SEO
Experience in offline and experiential marketing, including event management
MBA or advanced degree preferred; knowledge of home building or smart home industries is a plus
