Key Responsibilities
Build strong brand and retailer partnerships with Sephora EU accounts
Develop retailer-centric strategies and influence future retailer initiatives
Monitor sales performance and lead market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the beauty or luxury retail industry
Proven success in driving sales and managing relationships in a retail environment
Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies
Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
Proactive and organized with strong project management skills
