Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent attraction strategies

Responsible for the successful development of the enterprise employment brand

Leads recruitment efforts for Enterprise

Work with HR colleagues across all sites to ensure service delivery

Responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with all recruitment procedures and policies.

Develops proper measurement tools to track efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Creates recruiting tools utilizing new resources available on the Internet as they become available.

Works with business leaders to define talent / staffing needs and establish recruiting strategy, ensuring a flow of top talent.

Manages all internal and external job posting processes.

Monitors the efficiency of the recruitment process while managing to budget objectives.

Builds and nurtures relationships with Executive leaders and organizational stakeholders built on foundation of trust, honesty, and a collaborative approach.

Manages relationships with external agencies which include negotiating fees and auditing quality.

Serves as point person for managers regarding recruitment process.

Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of candidates.

Build and maintain candidate relationship through ongoing communication regarding questions, updates, and status during the interview process.

Stays abreast of industry trends / best practices and applies them when relevant.

Other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Competencies and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.

15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.

10+ years leading highly performing HR teams.

Strong biased for action.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and report data.

Experience with recruiting executive level leadership positions.

Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and oral / written communication skills.

Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the organization.

Excellent negotiating skills.
