Payroll Specialist with Accounting Support – Non-Profit Organization

Location : Naugatuck, CT

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm (contract); 7 : 30am–4 : 00pm if hired

Pay : $27–$29 / hour

Type : Contract-to-Hire

Benefits : Excellent benefits package upon permanent hire

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing through Paylocity
• Support accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Administer petty cash and credit card transactions
• Ensure accurate, timely financial data entry and records
