Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating recruiting and marketing activities throughout the organization and to support the rest of the recruiting and marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator works hand-in-hand with teammates to communicate the employer value proposition, promote the company through various marketing and advertising channels, coordinate local and national recruiting plans, coordinate marketing communication, organize, develop and execute marketing assets and activities, create reports to measure success of marketing activities, as well as contribute new, creative marketing ideas. Play a critical role in ensuring the company's brand is developed and portrayed positively and accurately in a competitive market to ensure recruiting success in meeting organizational goals.
