Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans for customer issue resolution and quality improvement
Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration
Analyze client support tickets and advocate for internal resolution of product issues
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably on the Payer side
Operational knowledge of data processing systems and regulatory compliance
6+ years of technical expertise in claims processing and encounter submissions
Fluent in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
Understanding of various lines of business in a Payer organization
