Your Role

  • Welcome with a Smile : Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Engage & Assist : Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need.
  • Keep It Clean : Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC's commitment to superior service.
  • Cash Handling : Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services.
  • Food & Safety : Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes.
  • Prepare Delicious Treats : Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothly.

  • Food Safety Certification : You must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense).
