Paralegal II

A company is looking for a Paralegal II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of litigation and demand letters, conducting investigations and coordinating with outside counsel

Investigate and respond to regulatory complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

Support compliance functions, including policy management and issue tracking, while reviewing and managing contracts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of in-house paralegal experience, preferably in fintech or regulated financial services

Comfortable with multiple platforms including Google Suite, Slack, and JIRA

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to change

Strong accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Relevant experience in compliance and contract management
