The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable transactions including processing invoices, validating invoice coding and approvals, and matching to purchase orders.

Main responsibilities include :

• Processing invoices, validating invoice coding and approvals, and matching to purchase orders
• Process invoices for utilities, property tax, HOA, insurance and normal operating activity
• Knowledge of capitalization policy for proper coding
• Obtain W-9s from vendors prior to payment; assist with distribution of 1099s
• Assist with vendor account reconciling as requested
• Assist with month end closing ensuring work orders / invoices are closed or matched to a purchase order
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Identify and research outstanding invoices

Salary Range : $45,900.00 - $68,840.00

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
