A company is looking for a Group Benefits Implementation Manager (Remote / Work from home).
Key Responsibilities
Manage group implementations through the entire lifecycle, from RFP / proposal to first bill
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful installation of complex accounts and provide comprehensive implementation support to Account Managers
Engage administrative partners to develop and maintain processes for onboarding new accounts and identify project risks with solutions for mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Group Insurance products and service, group administration, and external customer service
Previous experience managing carrier relationships with Third Party Administrators and enrollment vendors preferred
Comprehensive understanding of Group Insurance contracts, administrative processes, and automation systems
Demonstrated ability to foster multi-disciplinary team collaboration
