Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor helpdesk systems and respond to incoming support requests.
• Set up and configure employee devices and user profiles.
• Manage user accounts and permissions using identity management tools.
• Maintain virtual servers and support system health monitoring.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and support enterprise applications.
