A company is looking for a Senior Director, GRA OCM, Training & Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead change management strategies and execution for GRA and enterprise-level initiatives
Develop role-based learning frameworks and oversee the GRA Academy as a centralized knowledge repository
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of change initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry, with 8+ years in regulatory affairs or change management
Experience in applying change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
Proficiency with Veeva, SuccessFactors LMS, and SharePoint-based systems
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
