Responsibilities
- Verify all applicable vehicle information, i.e. vehicle inspection sheet, correct equipment, etc.
- Take vehicle to the Service department for Smog, Safety, and Detail.
- Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality. Vehicle cycle time should be 72 hours or less.
- Monitor and maintain front line inventory condition.
- Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner.
- Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of all service areas in accordance with state and federal OSHA laws.
