Marketing Team Leader

Join our award-winning marketing team. We're seeking a collaborative leader to guide a talented team of graphic designers in producing compelling, cohesive, and strategic marketing materials across multiple media platforms. In this role, you'll oversee creative direction, ensure alignment with brand and business goals, and act as a strategic bridge between design and marketing stakeholders. You'll contribute to brand stewardship, campaign development, and the creation of marketing assets for RiverSource and Ameriprise across all channels. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce high-impact marketing materials for RiverSource and Ameriprise products.
• Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality and aligns with brand identity and strategy.
• Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages experimentation and professional growth.
• Stay ahead of design and branding trendsboth within and beyond financial servicesand proactively evolve brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns.
• Create and manage communications including presentation decks, emails, and other multimedia assets.
• Oversee project prioritization and execution with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes and outcomes.

The estimated base salary for this role is $98,100 - $115,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
