Human Resources Training Coordinator

Large manufacturing company located on the East side of Battle Creek Michigan is looking for a Human Resources Training Coordinator

JOB DUTIES

• Facilitate and deploy training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance including training needs within the plant
• Coordinate & track of all employee training
• Prepare and organize training course materials such as handouts and / or visual materials
• Assistance with Kaizen events until all items are complete
• Communicate process and metric improvements to the team as well as develop one-point lessons necessary for Kaizen Events.
