We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our busy successful practice

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
  • Litigation Experience is a Must
  • Well-versed in Personal Injury
  • Ability to handle a caseload independently
  • Preference to candidates familiar with SmartAdvocate
  • Excellent communication and organization abilities
  • Diligent and Able to Work with court calendar
  • Able to work with a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, Bill of Particulars, motions, and discovery demands and responses.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain organized case files and update attorneys on case developments.
  • Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and trials.
