We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Operations to join our team. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for operations & cultivation positions, partner directly with department leaders, and build strategies that fuel our growth. You'll also help shape our talent acquisition processes, leverage automation, and drive continuous improvement as we scale.
