We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner Operations to join our team. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for operations & cultivation positions, partner directly with department leaders, and build strategies that fuel our growth. You'll also help shape our talent acquisition processes, leverage automation, and drive continuous improvement as we scale.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end recruitment.
• Source, assess, and hire top talent using creative strategies and technology.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future growth.
• Optimize our ATS and processes to drive efficiency and measurable results.
• Represent our company at career fairs, events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on compensation and compliance.

What You'll Bring :

Connecticut Hiring Range $75,000 - $80,000 USD
