GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE : The EHS Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) data to support compliance, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making. This role standardizes and automates EHS dashboards and reporting tools, enabling data-driven insights that enhance workplace safety and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in EHS data.
• Maintain and enhance systems and databases to improve data quality and accessibility.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

Insight Communication & Strategy Support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics.

Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst

Licenses / Certifications : Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or the Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate

In lieu of education 9+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education : Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics.

Experience : 5+ years' experience in a similar role.

Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and / or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.

Starting pay for the position is between $75,450 - $113,250.
