Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Network Group Specialist role available in Orlando, FL! We are looking to add Customer Service Support to our team. For this position, training will be provided on our ERP system.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will :

• Maintain network program order guides and ERP (S2K) program pricing
• Manage newly assigned accounts and locations
• Assist sales consultants with contracted sales pricing & communicate regularly
• Maintain minimum order fees and fuel surcharge fees
• Optimize fill rates by providing substitutes for out-of-stock or discontinued items
• Update and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies
