Familiarity with automotive systems. Knowledge of Palantir applications (MAP, Contour). Familiarity with dealer service information. Seniority level : Mid-Senior level. Employment type : Contract. Responsibilities
- Identify issues quickly and develop a well-rounded and detailed problem statement to minimize the time required to triage and resolve customer concerns.
- Lead Short Loop Morning and Evening market meetings with new claims information.
- Investigate warranty issues and assign to responsible parties.
- Work with plants to investigate processes associated with warranty.
- Expedite part analysis for results on high-priority investigations due to Short Loop.
- Communicate warranty and plant quality issues between Control Tower and plant engineering.
- Ensure vehicle warranty is accurately documented, including broken clean points and differentiating old vs. new issues.
- Manage warranty claim coverage and portfolio for assigned propulsion lines / plants.
- Participate in new launches with a focus on Field Early Warning (FEW).
