Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others? We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children in a school setting.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful therapy programs, mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborate with other specialists, and manage your caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
- Facilitate parent / caregiver training sessions to support skill generalization across environments.
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other therapy staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
The ability to work in a school setting.Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.Both an active BCBA certification and an Illinois license are required.A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is required.Benefits
