Role : Solution Architect DTC Rebate Platform

Location : Remote / New Jersey

Job Type : Contract

Reports to : Program Manager / Client Partner

Role Overview :

We are looking for a visionary Solution Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture of Revance's DTC rebate platform. This role will define the technology stack, integration strategy, and scalability roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and future loyalty ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture for Phase 1 and future phases.
  • Select and justify technology stack, SMS provider, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Architect secure, scalable integrations with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
  • Design fraud prevention mechanisms and data protection strategies.
  • Lead prototyping and rapid development cycles using AI tools.
  • Ensure platform readiness for loyalty tiers, OTC product integration, and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA, Security).
  • Document architecture, data flows, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills :

  • 8+ years in solution architecture or enterprise systems design.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud .
  • Proven experience with cloud-native platforms and API-first design .
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and fraud prevention .
  • Experience with SMS platforms , QR code systems, and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with AI in SDLC (code generation, testing, CI / CD).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Preferred :

  • SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR / CCPA compliance experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or consumer loyalty platforms.
