A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support clinical data initiatives in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication with provider offices and manage the secure transmission of member lists for medical records
Document activities related to medical record acquisition and provide administrative support to the clinical data team
Troubleshoot logistical issues and perform accurate data entry to support project requirements
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical quality measures
Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting medical records
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
