job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOrganizing and leading weekly or monthly meetings with field leaders to discuss ongoing business needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives Partner with field leaders to develop and retain top talent, focusing on areas like succession planning and performance management Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Support managers and employees through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication. Communicating upper management's goals to the HR and Operations leadership Developing strategies to strengthen relationships between HR and the rest of the company Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations Briefing HR recruiters about staffing needs and providing feedback about recent hiring successes and challenges Writing and revising HR policies to ensure alignment with company strategies and goals Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization Strategic Thinking : Ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Relationship Building : Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels. Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues, often involving multiple stakeholders. Data Analysis : Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive HR initiatives. Knowledge of HR Practices : Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law in both the US and Canada. Knowledge of Mexico and Brazil is a plus. Coaching and Mentoring : Ability to coach and mentor managers on HR-related topics. Change Management : Experience in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. Business Acumen : Understanding of the broader business context and how HR can contribute to business success. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent; Master's degree preferred A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organizations with a minimum of 2000 employees Formal training in Employee Relations, particularly investigations Prior experience with Paycom a plus Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Highly Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life, Short / Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Generous Paid Time Off Matching 401k Plan Employee Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement
