Job Description
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain confidential client files and ensure proper document management. Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings as needed. Assist in billing processes, including drafting and reviewing invoices. Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations within the department. Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
