A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and oversee employee relations research and performance management consultations
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work at the exempt level in a multi-state service line
8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
Advanced experience in specialty areas such as labor relations or mediation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
