As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support lead installers in completing residential HVAC projects, assist customers with their heating and cooling needs, and gain hands-on experience to grow your career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC systems and the installation of new equipment
  • Participate in on-the-job training and scheduled learning sessions to build technical skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure job site
  • Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service with professionalism and courtesy

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay : Potential Earnings $41,000 - $52,000 / annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours / week)
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday (Saturdays during our peak season)

    • Requirements :

  • 1+ years of residential HVAC experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labour
  • Ability to climb stairs, access attics and crawl spaces, and perform tasks that require bending, squatting, and crawling
  • Comfortable working in extreme heat or cold, both indoors and outdoors
