Advertising Account Executive

Noir Starr Models is seeking a creative and business-savvy Advertising Campaign Manager to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for our fashion and luxury clients. Our models are ready, our visual assets are premium, and we need a strategist who can connect them to brands in powerful, results-driven campaigns.

This role is project-based with a percentage-based wage for each campaign you manage. You will also be encouraged — and rewarded — for seeking out your own clients, making this an ideal opportunity to build your portfolio and expand your network in fashion advertising.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns for fashion brands, designers, and luxury clients
• Use AI-driven insights and tools to shape campaign strategies and creative concepts
• Optimize campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Collaborate with our team to seamlessly integrate models into campaign narratives
• Proactively seek out potential clients to expand your personal and agency portfolio

Requirements

BA in Advertising / Marketing

2 years experience in related field

Knowledge of fashion is a must

Knowledge of AI is a must

Benefits

This role is contracted, and the payment is project-based. 15% commission for assigned projects, 35% commission for clients you bring in, 40% for each additional client you bring in.
