Controller responsibilities include managing a team of four individuals across project and general accounting, overseeing and approving entries for month-end close and providing to senior leadership, partnering with private equity partners on corporate reporting tools, partnering with an outsourced accounting firm on improvements for the accounting procedures, and partnering with the finance department for budgeting, planning, and forecasting.

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of experience within construction accounting and progressive growth to Controller, strong written and verbal skills, experience managing a team, and experience working cross-functionally within the organization.
