  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site position for a Controller at MOOvers Chicago. The primary responsibilities include :
  • Monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Administration and maintenance of company payroll, benefits, and insurance
  • Generating reports and analyses to assist owners in evaluating metrics, costs, and variances
  • Managing insurance renewals and local business permits and fees
  • Developing internal controls for expenses, reporting, and all financial transactions
  • Working closely with leadership / ownership and other departments.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting a plus.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in accounting
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn our industry-specific CRM
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all departments, including Sales, Operations, and accounting.
